You can choose to exercise your target muscle by checking the figure.

It was designed for recording your muscle training,
and really born to help you.
You can use Duplicate function in Record page,
then fill in multiple reps at one time.

In History page, here shows a clear chart and its easy to get your record.
The bright yellow circle on a date emphasizes your hard work.

In Achievement page, youll find scores you got with some charts.
After a hard workout, nothing is more satisfied than enjoying your achievement.
